Large 8 ch long, hot pk, pyramidal plumes. Very strong flower stems do not require stakg. Blooms midsummer. This new Astilbe chensis hybrid offers superior genetics that result a more solid root structure and more vibrant flower colors than the straight species. However, they still offer the creased sun and drought tolerance of the chensis species.
