Frosted Mouse Ears, Hosta

Leaf detail: 2 1/2in long by 2 1/4in wide; blue-green to dark green in the center with a wide, creamy white margin (yellow early); thick substance. Flowering: dense clusters of purple flowers in July on 12in scapes. Tissue culture sport out of ‘Royal Mouse Ears’ developed at QZ nursery. High level of distinction, making it a premier dwarf-sized plant for the shaded garden; Perfect companion hostas include ‘Blue Mouse Ears’, ‘Holy Mouse Ears’ and ‘Green Mouse Ears’.
